spoofs
so you ever get those moments that you want to tell someone something but its never at the right time? yea, i get those moments myself. all day you have it in your head and you want to find the person and tell him or her what it is. you rehearsh it over and over in your head and you make different senarious of what would be the outcome of telling that person whats on your mind. but the funny thing about it is that when the time does happen and you are with that person, you freeze. your mouth is open and a big blank space is written on your face. first, you try to go back during the day when you were thinking about what you were going to say. its no use, the dialogue is gone and you can't any of it. the outcome of it is that, you spit out something quick and rush and maybe it makes sense but most likely it doesn't. you blew it, its over and done and you feel like a complete ass later. i'm not too sure why i started out with this question. it was something that was in my head that needed to come out.
so tonight i just saw "movie date" and yea probably not the best spoof movies i have seen. actually, i think it probably ranks down to my bottom of my pile of bad spoof movies. one example would be "scary movie 3" that was a bad one. i think the major problem of the movie was the editing. the parts that were meant to be funny were just too long. one example would be the cat pooping in the toilet. a copy of mr. jinks in meet the fockers or meet the parents. so the scene should have been 10 sec. of the cat using the bathroom but instead of was more like 3 mins. of every possible sound one can make while performing number 2. it just made it really gross. that wasn't the only scene that was too long. their were quite a few. it did manage to have a couple of funny moments and brought in some old movies. my friend kim was uncomfortable with the movie and wanted to walk out but stayed and endured the rest of the movie. her staying was some of my fault. she ask if i would be okay if she left. there was only 30 mins left of the movie so why leave. she stayed. i feel guilty a little, because she stayed for me and to make me happy. shes stuggling with keeping people happy before her own happeness. ahhh, i don't know. the night got pretty weird afterwards too. not sure on how to describe it. kim was distance, it was a different side to her i think that i don't recall seeing. something was on her mind, was she upset, sad, hurt? i dont know.
